Been at least 2 years since I've smoked one of these. I think I got this one from a 3 pack that I got from a sampler. I remember it nice and smooth and very good flavor.  


Hey I do like that it is all fancily wrapped and I can easily slip off the bottom band and the big ass middle band has already been slightly opened at each end to help you tear all that damn packaging off the cigar. 


Alright, how does it smoke?


Right away. Pretty damn good. First inch is very smooth and mellow but a good medium body. It does have aftertastes of cedar and fruity flavors. 




I'm not going to lie. This is a damn good cigar. 


I can pull it hard and it delivers plenty of clouds of smoke.  It's still medium. Maybe lighter flavors now but still good flavors are apparent.


No wind out tonight.  It's 65 and awesome t shirt weather.  Can't get better smoking weather.  


Getting close to the middle and it's smoking good and not too fast.  Maybe got 20 min in and I think it is slowing down and trying to develop a bit.  


Gots lots of woodsy dried cedar taste.  I didn't research what's in this one.  But it definitely has that old school super premium Dominican flavor from like 20 years ago that monticristo is known for.  If you got to pay a few bucks for to get that great flavor, dammit I'll pay it. 


So much smoke and smooth flavors.  Still medium but definitely satisfying.  Definitely a late night smoke. Don't waste one of these playing golf.  Got to let this one relax you where you can taste all of its flavors.  




It's maintained the same great flavors throughout. And is so easy smoking. What's not to like? It's got me totally relaxed and I'm gonna look to get some more. There's deals out there. I got a couple more recently in a sampler and I'm going to age those just like this one. 




Got an hour in and I'm smoking to the nub.  It's rolled perfect.  If you're going to copy a way to roll a smoke this is it.

Gurkha Castle Hall Nicaraguan Reserva Especial Toro cigar review  5/27/2023 I got these cheap.    But they've been aging for at least 6 months in my humidor.    Never been a fan of Gurkha, but I am very open minding and will smoke every cigar I have.  Starts off medium with spice, cedar, and earth.    Yep, just like most Nicaraguan smokes.    Not too bad.   Most Gurkhas taste alright the first third and turn to really terrible, but, like I said, I will honestly review any cigar.    If this one stays consistent then it is a decent smoke.   I taste a slight caramel taste, but it is burning kind of hot.    It is really windy tonight.    60 degrees out.    Windy and cool enough to start a small fire.    What's does have to do with how this is smoking? Gurkha Symphony Toro cigar review 1/30/2023 Ive only smoked a few Gurkha's and none have impressed me to go out of my way to actually research how to buy them.    I always get a few in some sampler or freebie deal.    And I always find they are mediocre but priced like some kind of top notch smoke.    If they are really supposed to be priced so high, you have to ask, why are they giving these away? Anyway, this one is supposedly a mild Nicaraguan filler, Dominican binder, and Connecticut wrapper.  Smoke is pretty mild so far.    Pretty good taste and flavors of toasted graham crackers and marshmallow with a hint of spice and cedar.    It is a tad plugged, which probably keeps the profile mild.    Feels kind of spongy, but these have a couple month of age in my humidor, so they should burn well.    And I do have to touch up. Burning a bit too much on one side.   But, so far, not bad, but hasn't really do...
